After you place an order, we keep you informed at each applicable stage with photographs, the current status and the next step. If the schedule changes, we explain the change and revised next step.
Order preparation & SMT production

Where the selected product uses SMT modules, production proceeds through solder paste printing, component placement and reflow soldering. |

Workshop overview & supporting work areas
The workshop overview, production ovens and repair workbench are shown separately from the main sequence.
The photos illustrate a module-based SMT production route. COB and transparent products can follow different routes. Outdoor potting and water testing depend on the selected product. Aging duration, inspection criteria and the final production sequence follow the agreed order scope. Public packing examples protect customer-identifying branding; order-specific photos are shared with the relevant customer.
